Carlos Palomo has been a licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker for over 20 years. During this time, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience which he diligently applies to the benefit of his clients in each real estate transaction. He has worked with every form of real estate transaction including traditional, residential and commercial sales, multi family apartment buildings, short sales, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges and even online auction sales. In addition, he has managed a team of over a dozen Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Loan Officers. Furthermore, he has represented both buyers and sellers with their primary home residences as well as successfully work with real estate investors.


Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Palomo worked 12 years in the high tech industry primarily at Hewlett Packard where he held various leadership roles in technical marketing and technical support planning as Project Manager and Marketing Program Manager.


Academically, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Jose State University and a postgraduate degree in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco (USF). His bachelor degree is in Psychology. Moreover, Mr. Palomo has a broker license from the California Bureau of Real Estate which is the highest license available in the real estate industry. In contrast, most real estate professionals only hold a real estate salesperson license and MUST be under the management of a licensed broker like Mr. Palomo to be able to represent clients in real estate transactions. Finally, Mr. Palomo also holds the NMLS license which allows him to offer mortgage loans to his clients at wholesale prices, carefully pre approve buyers for a mortgage loan and review purchase offers including buyer mortgage pre approvals when representing sellers.
